Farm by the lake trail system

Map of Farm By The Lake showing trails and buildings.

Spanning 170+ acres of woods, fields, and shoreline, our trail system is free and open to the public daily from sunrise to sunset. Designed for local community members and overnight guests alike, these paths offer a quiet space to walk, birdwatch, and reconnect with nature.

Founder and naturalist Richard David's walked these grounds to find perspective, leaving the property for all to share.

• Open to All: Free public access year-round for neighbors and guests.

• Quiet Renewal: Built for quiet strolls, birding, and seasonal trail activities and cross-country skiing in winter.

“This land was saved not merely to be preserved behind a fence,

but to be walked, enjoyed, and shared by all who seek quietude.”

— Richard C. Davids
